In Romania there are loads are children looking in bins for food, many with no shoes women with new borns suffering in the so called EU. I wouldt mine paying higher taxes if my it helped these chidren instead it is sent to Africa.
Europe owes Africa nothing, Africa has received billions are aid while Europeans continue to suffer.
If you can not support a child why have several?
