Prime Evil

This is a story of South Africa's most notorious government assassin under the apartheid regime. Eugene de Koch was a highly decorated and powerful man able to choose whether people lived or died. He was taught by the South African government to lead police death squads against enemies of the state. De Koch held the unsavoury title of being the number one assassin under the apartheid regime. Nicknamed as Prime Evil De Koch he was an effective killing machine murdering many people. The people he would kill people were mainly connected with the ANC. We interview torture victims and friends of De Koch to establish the murky past of this mysterious man.
