I'm planning a 2-3 week European vacation as a graduation gift for myself in middle May/early June. I enjoy the historical aspects of Europe and would feel most safe with an escorted tour. That being said, I do not want to sign up for a tour with all elderly people or 18 year olds looking to get drunk. Any suggestions on a European tour for a single 35 year old female? Also, what is the difference between first-class and budget in escorted tours?
