During WW2 Franklin D. Roosevelt said that the USA could not enter the war because his country was made from so many different nations that is would be difficult for them to take sides. Now the USA is made up from more nations from across the globe. Recently there have been many leaks to China, India and probably even European countries. How does the USA protect its national secretes and do you have to be a second generation immigrant to have access to secretes or does it even matter?
I meant secrets before anyone mentions it.
