Seriously I just read about some cities running low on fresh drinking water and a few of these cities are located right next to the ocean. How do you run low on fresh water when you have the Ocean? We have had the technology to turn salt water into fresh water for years, as well as water purification systems. I just don't get how that is possible to run out, with so much water at your fingertips.
It is very easy to take salt water and make it into fresh water, can they not do that?
