Importing Sudanese Oil. Building and providing construction equipment to Sudan is needed. China has the will and man power to make Africa a major player. China has a Permanent Seat on the UN Security Council so they will never stand for sanctions against Sudan. Arab League and China investment will keep Sudan protected.
