What's the difference between an African Dwarf Frog and a Clawed African Frog (the 'Grow A Frog' variety)?

I am wondering this because apparently the life span of an African Dwarf Frog is only 2-4 years while my African Clawed Frog (Grow A Frog) has lived for about 10 years and is still going strong. Also, do the drawrf frogs grow just as large if you put them in a larger tank?
