His first guest is the incredible octogenarian traveller Bill Forbes who at over 80 years of age continues to travel solo in Africa. There is a performance from the winner of New Faces Elaine Simmons and Iris sensation Red Hurley. Art welcomes back Liz McColgan fresh from her gold medal success at the Commonwealth Games and talks to her about her work in the community. He is also joined by popular showbiz personality Marti Cane who talks about her career and her battle with cancer.
