I currently work in Japan but will arrive in Thiland in May `06. I hear that one can make @ $2K/mo there; is this true? Also, how important is obtaining a TEFL certificate to work in SOutheast Asia (I don`t have one, and didn`t need one to teach in Japan). Thanks for your honest answers!
