I heard that Lucio Tan was a poor boy growing up, now he's become a billionaire. I've heard conspiracies that he was a Marcos Dummy for the Marcos business interests during their regime. And that most of his wealth was stolen money and from "government-dictated" type of capitalism. In which he kept most of the money for himself after the EDSA revolution.
Anyways, any info on how he became one of the wealthiest businessmen in all of Asia?
