Africa has been receiving aids, has adopted new religions, new technology and yet it still remains in shambles, disconnected, lost and has been in that state for thousand of years.
Solution : I think Africa should get back to its roots, reject foreign religion, technology, culture and get to back to worshiping elements of nature ( sun, earth, seas, lightning) that is the source of africa culture, spirit, identity. That is the only way that continent will ever reach peace and harmony
