Seems like all you hear about is the good intending people of the US sending money and goods to Africa. Then, it gets taken by African terrorists and used to finance weapons. All the millions of starving children living in a continent rich with mineral resources, yet the resources are used mostly to finance wars. What a shame.
Yes, but if there's a good chance that the money the US sends will, in turn, murder more people....what's the point?
