Nature Tracks - Towards a Lonely Planet







The fate of species during the normal course of evolution is extinction. But humankind is accelerating this phenomenon at an alarming rate. Currently, at least one life form is disappearing permanently each day, compared to one every thousand years during the age of dinosaurs. This episode of'On Track' takes a look at man's inexorable march towards a lonely planet.
