The Cape Sea Route is an environmental timebomb. Aging tankers round the Southern Peninsula at least once every 12 hours, laden with toxic cargo. Sooner or later, one of these ships is bound to fall victim to a Cape winter storm. This episode of 'On Track' takes a look at the disaster in the light of the Apollo Sea spill of June 1994 where thousands of oiled penguins faced certain death.
