What are the ingredients in the dressing for the green salads served in nearly every East African Restaurant?

All the East African Restaurants in the SF Bay Area serve some version of this standard green salad. Green leaf lettuce, tomatoes, and a light dressing. The only recipes I've been able to find include pepperoni and jalepenos. This dressing is much lighter than that. Can anyone help?
