My class is doing a debate on African sovereignty and basically, we need to find solutions to how we can protect civilians in Africa while respecting national sovereignty and not barging into other nations. I'm a European country that was involved in the whole Scramble for Africa, so I'm partly to blame for the whole Rwanda and Darfur ordeal. Do you have any suggestions to how this issue can be tackled so we can prevent human suffering?
