I am going to book a trip to New York around the beginning of December, but can't decide where to stay. Want it to be at least a 4 star hotel around Park Avenue, or Madison Avenue, in that area. What i have come to find is that all of the nice hotels are over $650 a night in December. Where is one for around $400-600 in a good location for shopping?
